🔧 Position Overview: Warehouse Order Selector
As a Warehouse Order Selector, you’ll be at the heart of operations—selecting, preparing, and moving inventory to ensure timely deliveries. If you’re hardworking, detail-oriented, and ready to move, this could be your perfect match.
💵 Earn $30.23/hr after 1 year + uncapped incentives!
🗓️ Walk-In Interviews: Wednesdays from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
📋 Key Responsibilities
🏗️ Physical Order Fulfillment
- Select, build, and label customer orders based on load tickets
- Move completed pallets to the loading dock for shipment
- Shrink wrap products for safe transport
🏪 Inventory & Equipment
- Replenish and manage warehouse inventory
- Perform pre-shift equipment checks
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, etc.)
🧼 Safety & Cleanliness
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse
- Remove debris, stack pallets, and follow sanitation protocols
📌 Shifts & Warehouse Conditions
🕒 Available Shifts:
- 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM
❄️ Conditions:
- Work in Dry, Cooler, and Freezer zones
- Must be available on weekends and holidays
🎓 Qualifications
Required:
- Age 18+
- Able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly (up to 170 lbs occasionally)
- 0–1 years of general work experience
Preferred:
- High School Diploma or GED
