🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
- Quote and bind commercial lines insurance policies for small businesses
- Handle inbound sales calls and close leads efficiently
- Use quoting/rating platforms to prepare proposals
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every interaction
- Accurately document and follow up on all client communications
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals and bonus targets
📋 Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of P&C Commercial Lines sales experience (required)
- Active Insurance Producer License (required)
- Experience working in a remote sales or call center environment
- Must reside in FL, TX, OH, IN, WI, IA, MI, NC, VA, GA, NV, or AZ
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with business clients
- Comfortable using quoting systems and insurance software
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
