What Are These New Pilots About?
The two new pilot programs aim to bring skilled workers into:
- Rural areas facing labor shortages
- Francophone minority communities outside Quebec

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify under either pilot:
- Must have a valid job offer from an approved Canadian employer
- Be able to prove language proficiency (English or French)

- Prove you intend to stay in that community long-term
“This is a golden chance for skilled workers who are tired of the Express Entry system and want a direct path to Canada,” says Rohan Mehta, an immigration consultant in Toronto.
