Pay: Up to $78,000/year (includes base pay, overtime, and incentives)
Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 10–12 hour shifts with overtime opportunities
Training: Paid on-the-job training – no experience required
Environment: Safe warehouse setting (may include refrigerated/frozen areas)

🛠 Job Responsibilities:

As a Warehouse Order Selector, you’ll play a key role in keeping the food supply chain moving:

Select and palletize products based on customer orders
Operate an electric pallet jack or forklift (training provided)
Load and organize items for delivery
Maintain safety and cleanliness standards
Work in various temperature zones (dry, refrigerated, or freezer)

🎯 Minimum Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to frequently lift 10–75 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs)
Able to work on your feet for 10–12 hours daily
Comfortable working in cooler or freezer conditions
Willingness to bend, twist, and reach throughout shift

✅ Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

Experience with electric pallet jacks or forklifts
Prior warehouse or physically active job
Military experience or consistent job history (2+ years)
1 year of order selection experience preferred
