Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and build relationships with Independent Retail Agents.
• Analyze submissions and determine optimal carrier solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and underwriting guidelines.
• Lead and train support teams as needed.
• Travel required.

About You

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree + 1 year experience OR
• High School Diploma/GED + 6 years experience.
• Active insurance licensing.

Preferred:

• Certifications (CEBS, CPCU, CIC, ARM).
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
