🛠️ What You’ll Do:

Manage all construction-related loan files, including FHA, USDA, 203K, HomeStyle, One-Time-Close, and Conventional loans
Gather, verify, and submit all loan documentation: income, credit, appraisal, title insurance, and more
Coordinate with loan officers to guide best loan program selection
Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Proactively track loan status and resolve any issues
Conduct pipeline reviews and ensure timely loan closing
Provide excellent communication and support to clients and internal teams

📋 Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 5 years of mortgage processing experience
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple loan files and deadlines
Proficiency in mortgage processing software and Microsoft Office
Valid Driver’s License preferred (due to occasional business driving)
