Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Setting: Call center, remote sales
Pay Range: $40,000 – $52,000/year + bonuses (up to $12,000)

Quote and bind commercial lines insurance policies for small businesses
Handle inbound sales calls and close leads efficiently
Use quoting/rating platforms to prepare proposals
Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every interaction
Accurately document and follow up on all client communications
Meet or exceed individual sales goals and bonus targets

📋 Required Qualifications:

2+ years of P&C Commercial Lines sales experience (required)
Active Insurance Producer License (required)
Experience working in a remote sales or call center environment
Must reside in FL, TX, OH, IN, WI, IA, MI, NC, VA, GA, NV, or AZ
Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with business clients
Comfortable using quoting systems and insurance software
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
