🏆 Position Overview: Marketing and Events Manager

As Marketing and Events Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving marketing strategy, executing campaigns, managing events, and crafting compelling stories that bring Electra’s vision to life.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Strategic Marketing Leadership

Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns for Electra and the EL9 aircraft.
Elevate the brand through SEO-rich content, bold visuals, and smart storytelling.

🔹 Social Media & Content Management

Manage Electra’s presence on LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and YouTube.
Create highly engaging posts that convert.
Analyze performance using metrics to optimize strategies.

🔹 Brand & Event Execution

Plan national and global trade shows, demos, and local events.
Collaborate with creatives to develop unforgettable campaigns.
Translate engineering speak into exciting, people-friendly content.

🔹 Website and SEO Oversight

Maintain and update Electra’s website.
Ensure SEO optimization, user-friendly navigation, and compelling CTAs.

🧠 Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Marketing, PR, Journalism, or similar.
5+ years in marketing and events, ideally in aerospace or tech.
Strong command of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe).
Proficient with HubSpot, Mailchimp, Webflow.
Creative, strategic, and deadline-oriented.

📍 Manassas, VA (on-site preferred)
💼 Salary Range: $82,110 – $192,780
🧳 Travel: Less than 25%
