🌍 About the Role

As an Associate, you’ll be at the forefront of JPMorgan’s investment banking execution — working across M&A, capital markets, and strategic advisory. You’ll join a high-performing team that collaborates closely with clients, analysts, and senior bankers across infrastructure and sponsor-led transactions.

💼 Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage full-cycle deal execution: from pitch to close
Build strategic content for client-facing materials and internal committees
Execute complex financial models (DCF, LBO, trading and deal comps)
Deliver financial analyses on M&A and capital markets transactions
Serve as a leader and mentor to Analysts and Associates
Contribute to team development, including campus recruitment

Experience in investment banking front-office roles

Advanced financial modeling and valuation experience
Deep understanding of M&A processes and deal mechanics
