🩺 Key Responsibilities Include:
✅ Patient Care & Diagnosis
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Perform thorough physical exams and patient histories
📢 Communication & Collaboration
- Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and care teams
- Educate patients and families using clear, empathetic language
- Engage in case discussions and interdisciplinary team meetings
📋 Medical Documentation
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records
- Document patient diagnoses and treatment plans
- Ensure regulatory compliance with medical coding and billing
🔬 Diagnostic Procedures & Referrals
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics
- Perform minor procedures
- Refer to specialists as needed
📈 Quality & Compliance
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives

🎓 Qualifications:
- Valid, unrestricted California medical license
- Board eligible/certified in Family Medicine
- Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
- Eligibility for PSLF (Public Service Loan Forgiveness)
💰 Compensation & Benefits
🪙 Pay Rate: $150.30/hour
📈 Initial Guaranteed Salary: $312,627.30 (first 18 months)
