Job Overview

eHealth, a leading online health insurance marketplace, is seeking a Director of Employer & Individual Customer Experience to lead end-to-end customer experience strategies. This remote role focuses on delivering seamless interactions for brokers, employers, and employees using eHealth’s innovative Iris ICHRA solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end customer experience for Iris by eHealth, ensuring frictionless onboarding and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, operations, call centers) to align customer goals.
  • Optimize customer touchpoints (self-service, support channels) for enhanced satisfaction.
  • Manage vendor relationships to maintain service quality.
  • Drive operational excellence by streamlining workflows and reducing friction.
  • Develop data-driven strategies to improve KPIs and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in customer experience, operations, or product management (health insurance preferred).
  • Expertise in B2B/B2B2C customer journeys and vendor management.
  • Strong leadership, analytics, and project management skills.
  • Passion for customer-centric innovation and problem-solving.
