📋 Job Description: What You’ll Do

As a Call Center Customer Service Collector, you’ll be on the front lines of supporting customers with past due accounts. You’ll help them find payment solutions while delivering respectful and professional service.

🔧 Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to support repayment discussions
Provide empathetic and clear communication to guide customers through account options
Use negotiation and time management skills to arrange and manage repayment plans
Remain compliant with FDCPA and state/local collection laws
Use systems and tools to track account activity and resolution

🎓 Requirements & Preferred Skills

Required:

High school diploma or GED
At least 1 year of collections or customer service experience
Strong verbal communication and critical thinking skills

Preferred:

Familiarity with loan policies, FDCPA regulations, or call center operations
Experience using Microsoft Excel
Ability to manage deadlines and quotas

🕐 Schedule & Training

Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (first 4 weeks)
Work Schedule Post-Training: Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM CST
Includes 2 evening shifts + 3 day shifts per week
Fully remote work setup

💰 Pay & Perks

Hourly Pay: $20–$24.75/hr
Incentive Bonuses: Performance-based, uncapped
