📋 Job Overview: Provider Data Management Analyst I

In this full-time, remote role, you’ll be responsible for managing provider data that directly impacts claims processing, provider directories, and member access. You’ll work across multiple systems to ensure all provider information is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with contract and compliance standards.

✅ Key Responsibilities

🧠 Data & System Management

Enroll healthcare providers and practitioners into the provider data management system
Update claims payment and provider directory information
Research and validate provider data using internet sources and internal systems
Resolve data errors impacting claims or directories

📊 Quality Assurance & Reporting

Conduct regular service quality checks
Perform data analysis using Excel or similar tools
Identify data integrity issues and recommend solutions

🎓 Qualifications

Required:

High School Diploma or GED
1+ year of experience in data entry, customer service, or healthcare admin (e.g., claims, billing, provider relations)
Experience with Excel or similar data analysis tools

Preferred:

Associate’s Degree
Prior remote work experience
Experience in healthcare operations or managed care environment

💰 Salary & Benefits

Pay: $19.04–$32.35 per hour (commensurate with experience)
