Job Overview

Philips, a global leader in health technology, is seeking a Clinical Education Specialist to support training and medical education programs for their Structural Heart (SH) Business. This is a remote, full-time role with competitive pay and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement clinical training curricula for IGTD Structural Heart portfolios.
• Collaborate on training materials, ensuring compliance and stakeholder support.
• Facilitate onboarding, field training, and clinical specialist programs.
• Assist in creating external customer training programs to enhance product adoption.
• Manage document reviews and approvals for compliance (PRP review).

Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years in Structural Cardiac Cath Lab or SHD procedural experience (LAAO, TEER, TMVR, etc.).
• TEE/ICE imaging experience (preferred).
• Strong organizational, communication, and business intelligence skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree (Science/Medicine); Master’s is a plus.
• 60% travel required.
