🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Personalized Advisory
- Serve as a trusted broker for private, Medicare, and small business plans
- Conduct consultative evaluations to recommend best-fit coverage
- Medical Billing & Claims Navigation
- Review clients’ EOBs and billing statements to spot issues
- Liaise with insurers and providers to resolve claims, pre-authorizations, and appeals
- Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term advisory partnerships with high-net-worth families and executives
- Provide proactive, world-class service—updating clients on progress and outcomes
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Use proprietary software to track client interactions, claims status, and plan recommendations
- Communicate regularly with Emry Navigation teams serving employer-based plans
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
- Health Insurance Producer License + Medicare Certification (active)
- 5+ years insurance brokerage or advocacy experience
- Strong medical billing familiarity; coding certification a plus
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Self-motivated, tenacious, and polished customer service orientation
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and web-based benefit platforms
