As an Operations Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations, managing workflows, and supporting the team.
✔ Assist the Operations Manager in team development & workflow optimization
✔ Handle inbound/outbound shipments, inspect products, and manage returns
✔ Assign delivery tasks to drivers efficiently
✔ Resolve customer & supplier inquiries professionally
✔ Track performance metrics and suggest process improvements
✔ Work flexible shifts (Day, Evening, or Overnight available)
📋 Qualifications & Skills
✔ Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
✔ Strong time management & problem-solving skills
✔ Excellent communication & organizational abilities
✔ Experience in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus
